New Warm Water Exercise Class Offered

Salemtowne announces a new warm water pool class held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:00 pm designed specifically for people with arthritis. Led by Wake Forest Baptist Health certified Aquatic Instructors, warm water exercises improve range of motion, muscle strength and endurance. Participants improve joint flexibility and reduce their pain and stiffness as well as enjoy meeting new people in a friendly and fun atmosphere.

Fall Dinner Discussions Series

Salemtowne is pleased to host a fall Dinner Discussion Series. Helping Your Aging Loved One, an educational series featuring local experts, will offer sound advice on series issues you may be currently facing with a family member. The 3-part series will he held on November 9, 16 & 30. Each session begins with a light meal at 6 pm; program begins at 6:30 pm.
