Open Positions


  • PRN one for 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and one for 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. or two that can do either one


  • Three to five years experience in CCRC facility preferred.


  • PRN third shift 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.


  • Three to five years experience in a CCRC environment


  • The position is PRN (as needed) - hours will vary - requires ability to work days, evenings and/or weekends

Transport residents (independent and assisted living) in a timely and courteous manner; assist residents getting on and off the bus/vehicle as needed; insures all supplies needed for an event are transported with residents; insures vehicles are kept in good working order; maintains cleanliness of vehicles.


  • Valid drivers license - class B with a "P" endorsement; 10 years clean driving record; computer skills


  • Full time first shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Prefer 3-5 years experience as a CNAI in a skilled nursing environment; must have current certification and be in good standing.

Dining Attendant (IL)

  • 11am-7:30pm; must be able to work all days of the week and be flexible

Provides wait staff services for independent living dining rooms and catering events on campus in a professional and friendly manner in accordance with guidelines for wait staff etiquette.  Takes orders, enters orders into POS, ensures meal selections are delivered accurately and in a timely manner; performs pre-bussing services and post meal breakdowns; set up/clean up for catering events; maintains clean and sanitary work areas. 


  • HS diploma or GED; prefer 3-5 years experience in food service industry; catering background a plus
  • Must demonstrate pleasant and professional customer interaction; detail oriented; POS system; self directed; good communication skills


  • Full Time 2nd shift 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Encourage the independent performance of residents activities of daily living (ADLs) to the extent each individual's condition permits and provides assistance with residents ADLs as needed (feeding, dressing, bathing, mouth care, etc); Supports individual care plans; follows care plans; reports/documents status changes; Uses PPE and follows infection control procedures; Keeps skills up to date by attending mandatory in-services and maintaining C.N.A. certification by pursuing continuing education


  • CNAI certification in the state of NC
