Samaritan Ministries. |
- Working with Senior Services, Salemtowne has an established
route for the Meals-on-Wheels program of Winston-Salem.
Salemtowne donates food and the preparation
to provide a hot meal to elderly residents on the Salemtowne
route Monday through Friday.
- Salemtowne frequently hosts lectures and special events
designed to educate the community on a variety of topics.
Recent lectures include such topics as religion in America,
storytelling, estate planning and elder law, exercise,
spirituality and more.
- Salemtowne staff members and residents have prepared and served
meals in downtown Winston-Salem
at Samaritan Ministries.
- Salemtowne regularly invites local artists to display their
work and provides them with a forum for interacting with
the community.
