Welcome to Salemtowne
Salemtowne is located on a 114-acre campus replete with walking paths, gardens
and flowers. Walks through campus will give you a chance to enjoy the beauty
and peacefulness of our community. |

Community Center
The Salemtowne Community Center is the primary meeting place on campus. It houses a variety of spaces including a library, gift shop, large meeting hall and a reflection chapel. Moravian love feasts are held in the Smith Saal within the Community Center. |

Fitness Center
Salemtowne's fitness center
offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment, exercise classes, locker rooms, a nourishment center
and lounge. Residents enjoy an indoor heated pool and whirlpool with
easy access for water exercise, free swim and therapies. |

Cottage Living
Salemtowne's cottages are located
in three village neighborhoods and reflect the architecture
of historic Old Salem. Cottages are roomy and comfortable and are a short walk to campus activities.
There are nine unique floor plans ranging in size from
1,172 to 1,817 square feet. |

Apartment Living
Salemtowne's apartments are ideal for singles and couples interested in easy access to all campus amenities. There are eight unique
floor plans featuring studio, one and two bedroom units ranging in sizes from 250 to 1,240 square feet. |

Masten Assisted Living Center
The Clark and Cleo Masten Assisted Living Center is located in the Vogler Building, the site of the original Moravian Home. There are 2 types of accommodations, studio and studio suites ranging in size from 262 to 524 square feet. Assisted Living residents enjoy community lounges, dining areas and kitchens within the center as well as having the full 57-acre campus to enjoy. |

Phillips Health Care Center
The Phillips Health Care Center delivers respite care, rehabilitative care and nursing services in a home-like environment. Both Medicare and Medicaid rooms are available. Health Care Center residents and their guests enjoy lounges, dining areas, activity rooms and courtyards as well as having the full 57-acre campus to enjoy. |

Dining Services
Exceptional dining is provided in several private and community dining areas. These areas provide residents with a chance to socialize and catch-up with family and friends. On occasion more formal candlelight and special occasion dining events are held in the various dining venues as well as outside dining. |
